Thank you for trusting Bates Fishing Co. with your reel service needs. To help streamline the process and provide the best care for your equipment, please submit a service request form below.
Here’s how the service process works:
– Fill out the form below to initiate a service request.
– Each request is assigned to an authorized reel repair service contracted by Bates Fishing Co.
– Payment is collected via PayPal. The flat-rate service charge is $45 per reel, which includes all shipping costs and all replacement parts.
– You will receive a prepaid shipping label and packaging instructions via email.
– Ship your reel to the assigned service company using the provided label.
– The service company will complete the necessary repairs or maintenance.
– Once service is completed, your reel(s) will be shipped directly back to you.
