Visit the Bates Fishing Co. website and locate the Employee Spiff Program Application form.
Fill out the form completely, providing all necessary information to ensure your application is processed without delays.
Step 2: Approval Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by Bates Fishing Co. Upon approval, you will gain access to special pricing on select products. Additionally, you will be authorized to submit Spiff entry forms, marking your official participation in the program.
Step 3: Spiff Program Participation With your approval in place, you can now actively participate in the Spiff Sales Incentives Program:
Submit Spiff Entries: For each qualifying sale, submit a Spiff entry form. Each approved submission will contribute to your point accumulation.
